I am a Lisbon-based board advisor in Life Sciences and Medtech. Ex PepsiCo and Novartis, I am a commercial strategist, business results maximiser, problem-solver and a doer. I am best known for two things: clear thinking resulting in a confident strategic direction, and the ability to catalyse real life actions and results. Fast.
I am on a mission to Inspire and steer business growth and innovation in healthcare. As a daughter of two specialized surgeons I literally grew up in a hospital. In the 1980s a regional Polish hospital was a grim and somewhat hopeless place. My dedicated parents worked tirelessly to save, prolong and improve lives with whatever means they had. I was there, watching, while learning to read in the nurses’ station.
Having lived in Poland, Germany, Switzerland and Belgium I have found my dream and purpose in Portugal. Multi-lingual, with vast international experience, I work globally.
I am a founder of 2 boutique consultancies which have been my workplace in the last 20+ years. I founded my first company, Ideatree, in 2003, long before it was fashionable to have a startup. Over the years, I have had the privilege to count some of the top global pharma and medtech companies among my clients. Today I work with boards and founders looking to scale in fast growth environments driven by technology and changing customer behaviour.
Individually, as a human being, I am high energy, driven, enthusiastic, kind, and keen on maximising my time on Earth. I am a mom of two boys and an avid work commuter on both sides of the Atlantic. I am a hardcore skier recovering from a complex knee surgery following a skiing accident. A lifelong learner. Tech fan. Unpublished (so far!) poet.
